Our Story
The idea for Integrate Massage Therapy wasn’t born overnight. It grew over time, shaped by personal experiences, countless hours of self-care, and a deep understanding of how important it is to feel truly seen and heard in your healing journey.
It was through many conversations—about trauma, the healing process, and the need for a more holistic approach—that the idea for Integrate Massage Therapy began to take shape. After spending many self-care days together at Nordic spas, reflecting on their own journeys of healing, Nate and Leah realized that there was a gap in the way massage therapy was being practiced. They knew from personal and professional experience that wellness couldn’t just be about the physical body—it had to include the mind, the emotions, and the environment that shaped each person.
They wanted to create a place where clients could come and receive customized care—where treatments were designed to meet each person where they’re at. A space where it wasn’t just about treating the symptoms, but about empowering the individual, respecting their unique story, and offering a truly holistic experience. A place where self-care is about healing—about connecting the physical, mental, and emotional parts of the body, and helping people feel more balanced, whole, and in control of their wellness.
