  • You can easily book an appointment through our website using our online scheduling system. Simply figure out how long of a massage you’d like and contact us via email at info@integratemassage.ca and we will find a time that works best for your schedule.

  • Your first appointment includes a review of your Health History Form (HHF), a discussion of your massage preferences, and an assessment to tailor your treatment plan. This is followed by a therapeutic massage. This initial session is essential to ensure we understand your needs and create a personalized approach for your care.

  • 24-Hour Cancellation Policy: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

    Missed Appointments & Fees:

    • First Missed Appointment / Last-Minute Cancellation: No Charge.

    • Second Missed Appointment / Last-Minute Cancellation: 50% of scheduled service will be charged.

    • Third Missed Appointment / Last-Minute Cancellation: 100% of scheduled service will be charged.

  • Please note that all listed prices are exclusive of HST. As a registered massage therapy practice, we are required by the government to add 13% HST to each service provided.

  • Yes, we direct bill to the majority of extended health insurance companies that cover massage therapy services. Please check with your insurance provider for the specific details of your plan (some will require a physician referral)

  • Yes! We offer gift certificates for massage therapy services. A perfect way to give the Gift of Therapy and healing to a loved one or friend. You can purchase gift certificates directly through our booking app or by contacting us.
